11:00 (2 days ago) - I rarely get motion sickness/nauseated.  However, on this flight we worked on climbing turns and banking descents.  The banking turns sort of got to me.  Afterall, it was VERY hot in the cockpit (no air-conditioning system).  However, after 1 minute the feeling subsided...which is great news!

However, next time we fly (9/30/09 @ 10:30) I will opt to take the newer aircraft with air-conditioning.

On a positive note, I believe I have the turns/banks down pat.  My instructor turning the flaps on and off (and otherwise attempting to "trip me up"), I am also fairly good with the trim.
