0900 - I got away from KDTN (downtown) today and got to perform touch and go's at SHREVEPORT REGIONAL AIRPORT! This is quite exciting and the landscape looks very different when flying into the airport by way of the cockpit.
On the other hand, strong crosswinds today at Shreveport Regional. I feel as if I did not perform up to par and got very frustrated with myself. My confidence was therefore a bit low; by the time we flew back to KDTN, I was very tired and ready for "full stop."
Left rudder...right aileron. Left rudder...right aileron. KEEP THE NOSE STRAIGHT, LINDSAY!
P.S. - I have my flight physical today; wish me luck!
